I live in a country that changes time twice a year. To be honest I'm not sure why it's done.

Some say it's to help save energy in the evening. It stays light later and people don't turn on their lights as soon. This may be so.

Question; If this is true why do we stop? Come winter why don't we change it to be light later.

But no in winter we make it go back to "real" time and it's dark even sooner.

Call me odd but I just don't get it. None of the supposed logic begins to make any sense.

Given this train of thought, why do we change the time again?

If anyone has a good idea please tell me, I'm in the dark on this one. Pun intended.
